Tim Geenen, Founder
Tim Geenen is a pioneer in digital advertising and data innovation, with over 17 years of experience shaping how technology and marketing intersect. As CEO and founder of Spektre.ai, he’s leading the development of Advertising Intelligence, using GenAI and large language models to make advertising more contextual, transparent, and effective.
Before Spektre, Tim co-founded Faktor, a privacy-technology platform acquired by LiveRamp (NYSE: RAMP), where he later served as Managing Director, Addressability Europe. His earlier leadership roles at GroupM and Improve Digital focused on strategy, innovation and partnerships across the evolving programmatic landscape.
Beyond his ventures, Tim is an active angel investor and long-time advocate for industry progress and education. He has served on the boards of VIA Netherlands and IAB Europe, co-founded Europe’s first IAB Programmatic Taskforce and launched the Programmatic Awards in the Netherlands - championing collaboration and quality in advertising from the start.
