Districtnine

Programmatic campaigns were being diluted by impressions served on low-quality, Made-for-Advertising (MFA) sites: draining spend and eroding performance metrics.

MFA Scoring & Supply Integrity

Spektre partnered with DistrictNine to deploy a proprietary MFA Scoring Model.

By combining contextual entropy analysis, ad-to-content ratios, and behavioral patterns, the model automatically classified supply sources based on intent and quality, not just domain lists.

Results

Retail Advertiser

The retailer’s programmatic campaigns were overly dependent on default DSP algorithms, resulting in inefficient paths and inconsistent quality.

Supply Path Optimisation 

Using Spektre's Supply Shaping framework, we analysed all active SSP connections and inventory routes through our contextual and attention scoring models.

Low-value paths were de-prioritised, while high quality, high-attention sources were programmatically prioritised within the DSP.

Results

  • 28% reduction in supply-chain hops

Media Auditor

Advertisers and agencies lacked a consistent, objective framework for defining quality in digital media, beyond viewability or fraud flags. The auditor required an independent, explainable scoring system that could be verified across vendors.

Quality Scoring Framework & Contextual Verification

Spektre developed a multi-dimensional Quality Scoring Model, blending contextual relevance, content integrity, ad density and attention potential.

Scores were benchmarked against market averages and exported via an API for integration into the auditor’s dashboards.

Curated Deal Creation

Each impression source was evaluated on contextual relevance, content integrity, attention potential and fraud risk. Then dynamically shaped into curated deals optimised for performance outcomes like engagement, conversions, and brand uplift.
